Q: Are all items brand new ?
A: The adapters are brand new and the laptops are professionally refurbished.
Q: When will you ship and how do I track my purchase?
A: We normally ship within 3 business days if the adapter is in stock. In some cases we need to order the adapter from our suppliers which can add an additional 7-9 days due to transit time to us. We will then email you the tracking # when we ship.
Q: How can I be sure that I'm going through a secure payment process?
A: We only use PayPal as our payment processor, when you checkout you will be transferred to PayPal's payment page. PayPal is one of the most recognized secure payment processors in the world. Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bitcoin, Monero and American Express that will be processed by PayPal even if you do not have a registered PayPal account. It's fast, easy and secure. Your credit card info is only visible to paypal and you have full buyer protection.
Q: Can I call you for sales or tech support?
A: In order to maintain our low prices and cost structure we provide support by email only. We normally will reply the same business day. The original OEM manufacturer will normally also have free tech support.
Q: What if I am not happy with my purchase?
A: You are protected with a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ! Contact us for an RMA# and return shipping instructions, once we receive the product, we will give you a full refund.
Q: What does the Warranty cover?
A: The 6 month Warranty only covers defective laptop hardware or mech adapters. It does not software issues or licensing issues. We guarantee the unit to work out of the box but if something gets changed in the setup afterwards, files get corrupted, etc... then we will do our best to assist, but this is not covered under Warranty. Cost for us to reinstall and activate software is $495 + buyer pays all shipping costs.
