We will not rent, sell or otherwise disclose your personal Information to anyone. Only paypal gets your credit card / financial data. We will not sell your email address or spam you in any way or form.

100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: Products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date in new condition as when received, for a full refund. Refunds will be processed by PayPal. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

REFUND PROCEDURE: Contact us for an RMA # and we will give you return shipping instructions. Once we receive your returned product, we will give you a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs & any brokerage fees or taxes incurred.

WARRANTY: 180 Day warranty for hardware only (not software errors / licensing / activation) 

• Copy of PayPal sales invoice must be included along RMA #. Please keep all packaging material in case they are needed for returning product.

• The actual product must not be physically damaged or tampered with in any way, otherwise this will VOID all return, exchange and warranty privileges and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. On some products we may affix tamper proof labels to prevent fraudulent returns. If hard drive is removed to be cloned we will know due to tamper proof label we implement and this will immediately void your warranty.

• The 6 Month Warranty for the laptop covers defective hardware. It does not cover software, setup or licensing issues. We guarantee the unit to work out of the box assuming you carefully follow the instructions we send that is included with your unit. If something gets changed in the setup afterwards, files get corrupted, etc... then we will do our best to assist, but this is not covered under Warranty. The cost to reinstall and activate software is $495 + buyer pays all shipping costs. You are agreeing to these terms and conditions when purchasing our mech units.

 

• The 6 Month Warranty for the adapters only covers defective hardware it does not cover connection issues due to software setup, lack of knowledge on how to use it, incompatibility with vehicles that are not covered or user error. This warranty is covered by our supplier and you will require an RMA # with them to exchange it with them. By buying from us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

• All shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer regardless of if the unit under Warranty or not.
